When we went to family camp with our church, the creative skit team would interrupt their programming for a 60 second dance party. That inspired our clean up today. We needed to go clean up the play area and bedroom upstairs. I was playing music while we were cleaning. Every once in a while I will shout out, “Thirty second dance party.” We could stop our cleaning and get up and dance. It kept the energy and enthusiasm up for the task at hand. It’s my own Mary Poppins take on “Just a Spoon Full of Sugar.”
