Here’s one of my mom’s famous appetizer. They are simple to make, but the creaminess of the cream cheese mixed with the crisp asparagus and salty prosciutto makes the perfect appetizer. They are always a hit and are often a “go to” for me when it comes to parties. We made them at the baby shower I recently hosted.
Asparagus with Proscuitto and Cream Cheese
Proscuitto
Asparagus
Soft Cream Cheese
* Amounts are not given because you can make as many as you need. I buy the proscuitto and asparagus from Costco and use all the proscuitto in the package.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the proscuitto. Roll this around the asparagus. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
