Another element to our fish tacos is a fabulous aioli. I normally just fake my way through it, but I decided to measure out what I do for your benefit.
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1 tsp capers (there are none pictured above because my sister didn’t have any, but I randomly tried it once, and that’s how I’ve made it since. Love it!)
salt & pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients together.
