I’ve talked about my dad starting a wind symphony and my father-in-law driving a race car. Now it’s time to highlight my mom. She really enjoys singing, but she wasn’t raised in a family where she was encouraged to pursue these type of things. She is another person in my life that is proving that it’s never to late to follow a dream. She has joined a choir, and you can tell that singing brings her true joy. It was fun to gather with almost my entire family (we left the littlest ones at home) to watch my beautiful mom teach us all how to truly enjoy life. What an amazing legacy to pass down to all of us.
