Day #149 – Silly Pancakes

Breakfast was fun this morning. When I was little, my mom used to make me smiley face and mickey mouse pancakes. I decided to try and take it to the next level.

All I did was fill up a pastry bag with pancake batter. I put the largest round tip of the smaller size tips on the bag. You could also use a Ziploc bag with a small hole cut in a corner.  I would draw the outline of my pancakes and let it cook a bit. Then, I would use a spoon to fill in the gaps.

Here are some of the silly pancakes we did today as well as some we did on our “Fun with Food” day. The pancake design options are endless.
