Today we celebrated Easter. I love tradition, and passing down a legacy really struck me today as I was hiding eggs with me cousins. We used to search together, and now we were the ones in charge of passing the traditions down to the next generation. To gather with family and pass down these memories and traditions while celebrating the resurrection of the King…how valuable of a day. We were blessed to be able to gather and celebrate with both sides of the family today. He is risen!

Your family photo might be the most adorable family photo I’ve ever seen!
Happy Easter. He is Risen!
Thank you so much. It always feels like a miracle when it’s decent of everyone. I was excited about this one too. He is risen indeed! I hope you had a wonderful Easter.
It seems like everyone had a good time… egg hunts are always fun for the little ones:) I adore your daughter’s yellow dress… did you make that one? You have an adorable family:) I’m also stopping by to let you know that I’ve awarded you the oh so special Versatile Blogger Award:P (http://odetoinspiration.wordpress.com/2012/04/09/i-got-an-award/). Just for good fun, so no expectations to play along:) Have a wonderful day and week!

Thanks so much, Maysem. I didn’t make my daughter’s dress. It was a gift from grandma. I am not much of a sewer, but I do try and fake it every once in a while. Thank you for acknowledging me in the Versatile Blogger Award. I do appreciate it, but I have to say that I’m sick right now…got some weird viral infection that has taken me to a number of doctors, and I feel like I’ve just enough energy to get done the minimum right now. Thanks again though. Jodi
