On Day #28, my tip was “Keep them Close.” I have had a few people ask me, so I wanted to do a follow up. The tip was given to me as my kids were getting into all sorts of “creative” trouble. The tip was simple. Keep them close. Their freedom from me was gone until I could trust them. You can read back to see how I kept them close, but they were close. After two days where they basically were at my hip the entire time and then a third day of giving a bit of freedom, we went back to more and more freedom. We have had only once incident since, and this behavior of theirs was happening DAILY until we tried this tip. So, again, the Pritchard’s have pulled through with great advice. So, I re-emphasize now. If your kids can’t be trusted, keep them uncomfortably close.
