I was talking to the Pritchards a couple days ago, and they were telling me a story about their son when he was 4 years old. He got lost at a local, huge, crowded fair. Luckily, they had trained their kids what to do if they get lost. I immediately taught my own children what to do. They taught their kids (all 8) that if they got lost, find either a grandma or a woman with kids. Have your kids learn to approach a grandma or mother saying, “I need you to help me find my mom.” I thought that was such a good thing to teach children.

Wow! That is a great idea to teach children! Thanks for sharing!
Yup. I’ve just been a sponge as I’m going along this parenting road. I have so much to learn.
