Our daughter was waking up early for a while. Our solution was to put her night light on a timer. When the night light went out, she could get out of bed. I found it helped her to fall back asleep and sleep later. There are other more expensive solutions out there. They have a great clock for that at www.onestepahead.com. We found the night light to work just great though.
