Day #44 – Fun with Valentine Food

We had such a great time with our original “Fun with Food” day, that I decided to do it with a Valentine theme.
Breakfast – Heart Pancakes, Raspberries and Orange Juice
Lunch – Tomato Soup with Heart Shaped Toasted Cheese
Snack – Pretzels, Raspberries, Heart Shaped Kiwi and Satsuma
Dinner – Spaghetti with Heart Shaped Parmesan Crisp
I also wanted to include a picture of how I did the Parmesan crisp.  I put freshly grated Parmesan in a cookie cutter mold and patted down gently on a silicon baking sheet.  Then, I removed the mold and made a few others.  I baked them at 400 for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
