Avocado Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice (from 3 oranges)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups ice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine avocado, banana, yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Gotta give Martha Stewart the props for this one.  My kids go crazy over it.  The only thing I do different is do a bit less honey.

    2. It is thick. You could do less ice and then just add to your thickness desire. It’s quickly become a favorite around here.
