Day #18 Tip – Quiet Time

A devastating day when my oldest started to drop her nap.  I have been spoiled with good nappers, and it has only been this past year where she has begun to drop it.  I need quiet time.  She needs quiet time.  Ah…quiet time.  Just make sure you get some.  Train your kids to give you that time.  For us, I have my oldest lay down in her bed and rest for 15-20 minutes.  Then, she can sit in bed and read or look at books for 15-20 minutes.  Finally, she spends the next 30 minutes playing by herself.  It is my time to refresh, breath and get some things done.  Right now is quiet time.  Loving it.
